A. KhitZay မှ မြန်မာတစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး အိမ်အရောက်ငွေချေစနစ်ဖြင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးနေပြီး Customer အနေဖြင့်ကြိုတင်ငွေပေးချေလိုပါက KhitZay Customer Service သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပြီး KBZPay QR Code ဖြင့်ငွေပေးချေနိုင်ရန် ပြောကြားနိုင်ပါသည်။ Company အမည်ဖြင့် KBZPay account သည်သာ အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
A. Khitzay provides nationwide cash-on-delivery (COD) service in Myanmar.
If customers prefer to pay in advance, they may contact Khitzay Customer Service and request to make the payment via KBZPay QR Code.
Please note that only the KBZPay account under the company’s official name is valid.
HIDDEN CHARGES AND SAFETY
Q. Are there any charges on purchases, like taxes?
A. There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on KhitZay. he order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially, you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.
COLLECTIBLE VOUCHERS
Q. What are collectible vouchers?
A. A voucher that can be collected and stored in the customer's account for later usage before it expires. Discounts are automatically applied once the criteria are met, and multiple vouchers can be used in the same order.
